Location was perfect. Within walking distance to Michigan Stadium and Venue by 4m restaurant which was excellent.

At first I was nervous about staying in a shared house but I would definitely stay here again. We rarely saw the other guests and the place was kept clean. The host was very clear with expectations and rules of the house and everyone there was respectful. <br/>This is a great option for visiting Ann Arbor, especially when going to the Big House. It’s only a 20 minute walk from the stadium so you don’t have to deal with traffic or finding transportation. It’s also in a beautiful (and quiet) neighborhood.

If you’re in town for a game or event at the big house, there’s no better option. Common areas are spacious and clean. Rooms are about dorm size. Benny’s Family Dining was a great diner spot just a few minutes walk down the street.

We had four couples staying the weekend in Ann Arbor for the Zach Bryan concert at Michigan Stadium. We were very happy with the unit and the location. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The house itself was beautiful, very well set up and had everything we needed. The location was the biggest perk. We were there for Zach Bryan and having the ability to walk home after was amazing, as we were among 112k people. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot if you’re going to The Big House Stadium, walking distance. The place was clean, new, and a pretty cool concept with the shared space. Potentially forces you to meet new people. The private rooms were great, private bathrooms were perfect as well, suites E & F on the third floor have queen size beds. 4M is very helpful and quick to respond. Overall the place was great. Highly recommend.

I was a little wary of staying in a house with other guests, which is essentially what this place is, but I'm glad I trusted the reviews. I had a great stay here and it was significantly less expensive than pretty much any other comparable hotel or Airbnb. I appreciated that I had to agree to their noise curfew ahead of my stay, because that would definitely be one of my top concerns in this type of setting. It didn't end up being an issue at all. There were other people staying in the house, but there was minimal noise and none past the curfew. Other reviews mentioned the temperature settings in the house - this wasn't an issue for me, possibly just because the time of the year I was there meant the AC wouldn't really be running much anyway. One issue I had (that I didn't feel warranted mentioning to the staff during my stay) was that the bathroom door was hard to fully close and did create some noise. I agree with other reviews that the shower is very small also, but fine for me.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space was tidy, comfortable, and matched the listing. The location is very convenient. It is walkable and close to campus and the price was reasonable. The only minor downside is that the house sits on a busy intersection, so it can get a little loud during rush hour, and the pillows were just okay. Overall though, it was a great stay and I would happily book again!

Perfect space for myself visiting my son. The kitchen and TV room was so great. I also loved sitting outside on the porch upstairs. Highly recommend.

This was a great space for us and  our adult children to stay for a family wedding. The set-up, 2 bedrooms on each side and the kitchen and family room in the middle allowed everyone to be comfortable and gave us  space to hang out together between events!  Thank you!

Great walking area and close to so many things in Ann Arbor. Had some trouble making coffee. We didn’t see a coffeemaker. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

What a cool place!  10 of us fit comfortably and it was a perfect place for us all to get together.  The kitchen is fantastic and we prepared a couple meals together and all sat at the kitchen table.  We will definitely rent again if the situation presents itself

Absolutely amazing stay at this AirBnB! I used to live in AA and had come to visit friends. The room was exactly as pictured and perfect for my 5-day trip. It was comfortable and extremely clean. I definitely felt right at home. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is prime, very close to I-94 and a 10 minute drive from UM campus which was amazing. I would love to stay here again in the future!

What Our Guests Have To Say

Stayed for three nights to visit my son at U of M.   Very accessible to campus, even by foot, and would be perfect for a football weekend as the Big House is a short walk away.   The room and bathroom were perfect, and the shared common spaces were very nice.  Parking in the driveway and on the street was easy.   I hardly heard or saw the other guests staying there.   I will certainly stay again for a similar visit and highly recommend this very affordable, comfortable and convenient place in Ann Arbor!

Jeffrey’s place was such a lovely, peaceful, accommodating home away from home. My husband and I love to stay super tidy and clean so the free access to laundry and dishwasher was amazing. The rooms and bathroom and kitchen were very spotless, we loved that we could just lounge and live freely without having to worry about much. The place was also very easily accessible to the downtown city areas and there was also a very simple bus route to get us to and from town if we didn’t want to walk the 20-30 minutes. We didn’t need a rental car at all, since we were there for a week for the Ann Arbor Film Festival. We were also able to get an early check in and late check out, which was so convenient and amazing, gave us a chance to go hiking around the Huron river before we had to leave. Just an all around lovely, quiet, peaceful fun stay, we would definitely recommend this place and hopefully visit again in the future. 😁🤗

Had a great time at Jeff’s place. It was clean, welcoming and was perfect for a quick stay in Ann Arbor. Close to downtown and all the things you can do. The common areas were also just as clean as the rooms and didn’t feel awkward at all being in those spaces with the other guests. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This was our 2nd stay at Jeffrey's place and I highly recommend it. Spotless, cool vibe, modern amenities and incredibly close to all the fun Ann Arbor has to offer.  Free onsight parking was a huge plus. Don't hesitate to book!

Great spot for either a short or extended stay. Space was clean and comfortable. Amenities like the in building laundry was super helpful.

Amazing home in an incredible location. Easy access to the Big House/Crisler. Easy walk to Yost and the ball fields and centrally located. House was great and the individual en suites worked out well. Would definitely recommend both the house and the owners and return in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay with The 4M Team. The place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was very neat and clean. One negative about the room was that I could hear the neighbors moving around above me. It wasn’t too bad but it was not expected. Everything else, the scenery, the neighborhood, local shopping was great! This property is well maintained and I would most definitely stay here again.

This place is very conveniently located off of Stadium Blvd. Within 10-15 minutes driving distance to University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. The place was very clean and neat. Great thing was that each bedroom had its own attached full bath. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
