Not only was the place great, but when I unfortunately had to cut my visit short due to an out-of-town emergency, the 4M Team was very understanding and gave me a partial discount on my reservation. Also, I accidentally left an article of clothing there, which they held for me for a friend to pick up. So overall, it was terrific customer service and greatly appreciated under the circumstances. Would enthusiastically recommend it to others!

Fantastic stay with the 4M team. We wanted to do a summer stay in Ann Arbor for the kids museum, downtown Ann Arbor and the local animal sanctuary. This house was perfect for all our needs and we were able to walk to 90% of the activities we had planned which is exactly what we needed with kids!

Surprisingly large space even for 5 adults. Parking was tough, but it’s within the property and you will not be out of the street. Great for weekend trips and attending graduation/conferences/events. Close to everything. Host gives a good recommendation list.

We stayed in the Sylvan Avenue property in July 2025 for the UofM youth hockey camp at Yost.  The property was perfect for our needs and was walking distance to Yost.  I especially appreciated the fact the unit was renovated and had air conditioning as it was quite hot in A2 during our visit.  The 4M team was very responsive when I had a question.  One thing to note is that 2 of the bedrooms are in the basement and the ceilings are on the low side, but that shouldn’t be surprising based on the age of the houses in the student areas of A2.  All in all it was a good stay in a nice property.

We had a great time! Everyone had their own space, but we were still able to hang out in the living space comfortably. The location was perfect. This AirBnB was just what we needed!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The entire place was spotless, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including laundry in the building. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, but a very short drive to downtown Ann Arbor. The host provided super easy instructions for check in and check out, and assisted us in a timely manner with a question we had regarding laundry. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this newer townhome. Close to everything we needed near the university. House was as described with coffee and little extras that made our stay more enjoyable. Easy check in and communication with management. Would highly recommend. Parking on the street was easy.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Even though the kitchen was small, it was supplied with everything we needed to cook a meal. The upstairs is warm. It helped to keep the bedroom doors closed to keep the cool air in. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ann Arbor.

This place was perfect for our friends reunion trip. The location is fantastic for the University area and proximity to downtown. There is great living space to gather and the TV room is awesome for sports and movies. 6 people having their own space with separate bedrooms each with an en suite makes this a very unique find. All clean and updated. A very comfortable stay that we would highly recommend!

This has truly been the best place I’ve ever stayed. Everything was perfect — the space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Everything was great. This is the third time staying at this location and well worth the price. The only thing I would say negative is that the stairs are very creaky during all three visits at different apartments.

Great stay in Ann Arbor! The place was very clean, in a quiet and charming neighborhood, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the washer/dryer was super convenient, and we loved being close to great coffee and ice cream spots. Would definitely stay here again!

The space was nice. AC was excellent, the space is well decorated and cared for. The kitchen is stocked, bedrooms were comfortable and the space is clean. It perfectly fit the group of 6 of us and the space stayed nice and cool with the heat of summer. Parking was convenient and the street was nice and quiet. I would stay here again! One thing to note: Communication with the host was timely and helpful, but didn’t always seem like a human was reading the messages as I got some duplicate messages that asked questions I had already answered. I wasn’t able to acquire a slightly delayed checkout due to not being able to request in the time that the host asked (morning of or day before, the timeline kept changing) because I wasn’t at a wedding all day and was not reached out to. Not bad, but not above and beyond either.

Great location, clean and easy to get in. The beds were really comfortable with plenty of pillows and AC in each room. The 4M Team communicated well and was very proactive. Would definitely stay again when visiting Ann Arbor!

An excellent and peaceful stay. Ann Arbor is amazing...a hidden city within the leaves of Michigan, I would say!! Finally, thanks to the 4M Team, who were so fast to response and helped us throughout the entire duration whenever needed. Hope to visit again!!

I stayed here while attending a conference at the University of Michigan. The host was very responsive, which was a great help. The kitchen is shared but has most of the essentials. There’s a CVS and a grocery store nearby, so it's easy to get food. While the place is a bit away from downtown, it shouldn't be a problem if you have a car. I’d be happy to stay here again when I visit the University of Michigan.

The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet retreat from Central Campus, and is still accessible to downtown A2, athletic campus. It was a great base camp for our week in A2. Parking ample, apartment clean, street beautiful. We're booking again next summer.

This is a very good place to live in. It has a private bathroom with low price. The only disadvantage is the noise. There are six rooms in the house and I can clearly hear people talking on the first floor. I woke up every day at about 7 am because of the sound. It is okay if you wake up early.

The walkability to many places was great. It was very comfortable and fellow guests were very nice. When I sent a question the answer came back very quickly.

Our son was attending a camp at U of M, this apartment was conveniently located just minutes away. Had everything we needed for a simple stay, beds were comfortable and even left tokens for laundry. Would recommend and stay again!
